Display and Configuration

The Samsung Galaxy J3 packs a 5-inch Super AMOLED HD -720 x 1,280 pixels display, and a pixel density of 294 ppi enabling it to render excellent picture quality. The smartphone runs on a 1.2GHz processor coupled with 1.5GB RAM which lets you smoothly operate the device. It's running on Android v5.1 (Lollipop) operating system.
The weight of the Samsung Galaxy J3 is 138 grams and is available in white and black and colours.

Camera and Storage

The Smartphone is packed with a rear camera of 8 mega pixels inclusive of LED flash and digital zoom feature and front camera of 5 mega pixels for selfie lovers to capture good images. With Samsung Galaxy J3, you can record HD quality videos with the resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 @30fps.

For storage purposes

The device packs an internal memory of 8GB which is expandable to 128GB via a microSD card.

Battery and connectivity

The Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) derives its strength from a 2,600mAh li-ion battery which is rated for a relatively long talk time and days of standby mode. Verdict

With the release of Galaxy J3 (2016), Samsung has maintained its tempo in expanding the Galaxy J series and is targeted at competing with the low budget Chinese phones who have been capturing the market. The Samsung Galaxy J3 has all the attributes of an excellent device and will certainly lure its brand lovers, but still at this budget there are other phones that comes with more powerful configuration.

The phone is recommended to people that prefer branded low budget smartphones over the other not so popular brands. If budget isn't a burden, then Samsung Galaxy S7 is newly launched device you would love to showcase.
