Gionee S8 smartphone, launched in February 2016 but expected to be released in April, 2016. The Smartphone is packed with a 5.50 inch amoled capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels x 1920 pixels.It has Corning Gorilla Glass 4 for protection and can take up to 5 finger-multitouch.

The Gionee S8 is powered by octa-core 1.9 GHz Cortex-A53 Processor with MediaTek Helio P10 chipset. It comes with 4GB of RAM which especially powered to take your gaming experience to next level without tiring. Gionee S8 is fitted with 64GB of internal storage - unexpandable though.

The phone camera of Gionee S8 packs a 16-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 8 MP front shooter powerfully fitted for ease of selfies.

The Gionee S8 smartphone cruises on Android 6.0 and is powered by a 3000mAh non-removable battery. Its dimension is 154.30 x 74.90 x 7.00 (height x width x thickness) and the weight is 147.20gm.

The Gionee S8 has a dual SIM slots (both GSM) that accepts two Micro-SIM. Connectivity features include G[S, Wi-Fi,3G, 4G,Bluetooth. Sensors on the phone include Ambient light sensor, Proximity sensor and Gyroscope.
