Yes, ZARFUND is available globally, anywhere active internet connection exists. All you need is a Bitcoin wallet and the willingness to donate and to get donations.

What donation/pay processors are used?

Bitcoin wallet is the only processor used in Zarfund, to make it easy for members to donate to each other.

Can one have more than one account?

Yes you can, but  stacking is not recommended. For instance, you create another personal account under your first account. This is looked upon as stacking, and is an unethical practice.

Are there any refunds?

In Zarfund, there are no refunds, donations  freely and willingly given to members. Donations transfered between members are not under the control of Zarfund.

Zarfund highly recommends you open your Bitcoin wallet with Blochchain at  https://blockchain.info.

What does the "due date" mean in the back office?

This refers to the date your next payment for that level is due.

Do we only upgrade to the next level after 1 calendar month?

No. You can upgrade to the next level at any time. Upgrade the moment you are able to do that, so that you don't miss out on donations coming to you for those levels.

Are you allowed to upgrade even though your level is not filled up eg to be on level 3 you must have 8 downline, does that mean you have to get exactly 8 before upgrading to level 4?

You can upgrade at any time, the time to upgrade should be guided by your observation of when likely your next downline is to make a donation. The sooner you are able to upgrade, the sooner you know you will not miss out on any donations.

Where do I get the option to switch between 2 & 4 direct downlines I saw that in the forum but when  look under setting I do not see that option?

That option has been removed for the moment, it might be added later as the matrix fills up.

Is it possible for downlines to upgrade to your upline instead of you if you're not on that level yet?

You can have your own unique experience in the system. It is advisable to upgrade the moment you are able to. Failure to upgrade  will lead to missing of donations for the levels you have not upgraded to if there are members below you on those levels who upgrade fast.

When will two people be assigned to me? I was under the impression that as each person (which has grown since I joined)  joins they are assigned under each person and so forth under my level?

YOU are requred to find your own two referrals to join you and you can then help them find their 2 referrals to grow your team.

Doesn't this look like pyramid scheme?

Anyway, in a pyramid scheme, only the top members of the hierarchy get paid whereas in ZarFund every member is allowed to earn the same amount by doing the same amount of work. It is possible to receive more donations than the person who signed you up.

Why does my referral link show up with Administrator when clicked on and not show my name?

There are usually two factors that will influence which signup page you will see. To avoid your referral link showing up with administrator when clicked: 1) You will need to be signed out. 2) You will need to use the link of the person you want to sign up with. If you see the Admin link then you have not followed the previous two rules or you might need to clear your cache and cookies.

Do we have have to donate .03btc every month?

Yes, if you want to receive donations from each level every month, then you will donate for each level every month.

When using the hash id to submit proof of donation the system says Hash ID already used.?

In that case, you should either leave the upgrade page and check back to see if you are upgraded or ensure you are using a bitcoin wallet vendor that do their transactions through the blockchain
